For my birthday this year, I’m raising funds to help complete the GK Village of Light in Alobo, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque. This is also a tribute to our Mom, celebrating her life by bringing light, hope, and safe homes to families in the community.

A Birthday with Purpose:

Shine Hope in the GK Village of Light

In 2008, the GK Village of Light in Alobo, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque was built to give families a fresh start. Today, 20 families call this village a "home", a living reminder of how care, compassion, and community can transform lives.

This dream began with Marilyn Bello, a GK USA Board Member, from Sta Clarita, Califonia, whose generosity and commitment to help the poor made the village possible. Her sister, Flordeliz "Baby" Lantin, honors that spirit through her Birthday Fundraiser. With a heart full of care, she hopes to refurbish the homes and provide a safe, reliable water system for the community. This effort is also a tribute to their mother, Luz Rocamora, whose life reflected love, courage, and generosity.

Every gift helps families thrive, restores dignity, and keeps the Village of Light shining brightly.
